1. You can view your pet live by clicking here,  then click the Save button and "Save in: Desktop" by clicking save at the bottom of the Save As window.
2. Click Run, (when asked click Extract). Now you have a folder on your desktop named "Client Camera Software Pack".
3. Click on that folder then click on the "Blue Start Icon".
4. You will then be prompted to enter the password that we gave you when you were at our office.
